Position Purpose:
Our sales internships can offer a wide variety of experiences. These can help you understand how to work with growers, dealers, and manage overall opportunities while representing a reputable company. You will learn skills that can clarify business practices used in the daily business, and give you experience to help yourself be confident in your career path in Sales. This background will help you with technical skills or even learn the latest technology such as satellite imagery. Multiple options are available to help represent several different types of opportunities within our business units.
Internships could include these roles: Seed and Agronomy Advisor, Business Manager, Master Agronomy Advisor, Professional Products Group, R7 Specialist
Qualifications:
Experience-Education (Required):
High school diploma. Must have an interest in or is pursuing further education in Agriculture related field. Also working towards completing a 2 or 4 year degree.
Competencies-Skills (Required):
Clear communication skills (verbal & written); decision making; problem solving and analytical skills. Must be customer focused and display a strong work ethic. Be able to follow directions and work independently. Computer skills also essential in Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point.
Candidate must also have an acceptable driving record.
