_SUMMARY OF DUTIES:_ If applicants' desire, a copy of the Position Description (PD) can be obtained from the HRO. A brief statement of duties from PD No. __D0610000_ _._ _ The position is responsible for providing instruction, evaluation and examination of rated pilots, instructor pilots and aeroscout observers in flying techniques and methods of instruction, examination and evaluation. Instruction involves basic and advanced techniques for flying aircraft using instruments.
_BASIC ELIGIBILITY FACTORS:_ Document prior experience, education, and training relating to the General and Specialized Experience requirements . KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY (KSAs) are no longer basic eligibility factors, but will be used as rating and ranking factors.

1.Skill in planning and implementing flight training/instruction for rated pilots, instructor pilots and students in accordance with the Air crew Training Manual.
2.Skill in conducting training and adjusting instructional/course material to meet individual needs.

4.Skill in the full range of aircraft maneuvers required in combat situations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
