This position serves as the District Administrative Officer with responsibilities for all phases of administrative services for their assigned District. The incumbent is responsible for supervising and performing a full range of administrative management and business operation services, (including budget and finance, personnel, procurement, office support services, and management analysis) essential to the operation of VS while providing managers with objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of their operations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
