## Position Description
This position will assist in the development and integration of site capital project planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. The preferred candidate will possess a diverse set of Business Operations skills. This includes: capacity planning, familiarization of rate planning, work statement management and the use and management of directives and associated systems and processes. In addition, skills in the development and integration of business plans and strategies to meet business goals and objectives is required.
The selected candidate will also be required to coordinate, communicate and interact with executive leadership, management and peers. Possess disciplined use of project management techniques including; risk, issues, and opportunity management and the creation of handling plans to ensure timely execution and completion of commitments.
Presents plans to management and executive leadership to gain approval. Utilizes the management systems and processes to provide status on commitments and performance to plan. Ensures follow up action for issue resolution. This position requires a professional individual capable of managing multiple projects effectively. Preferred candidate will possess strong business operations background with demonstrated skills and experience. Qualified candidates will also have a working knowledge of the LRBP processes and financial management controls in Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA).
