Mandatory Requirements : Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Apply strong analytical and product management skills to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine the project scope, goals and deliverables. Effectively communicate project tasks and expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Plan, schedule and track project milestones and deliverables. Analyze the business requirements and develop procurement and solicitation documents. Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents. Document the acquired results of analysis and workflows. Guide and motivate project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks. o Experience Requirements PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred. CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred. Bachelors Degree or higher in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 years of experience performing project management, business analysis or IT management. Public sector experience is preferred.
Desirable Requirements : PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred. CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred.
