BASIC FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for coordinating with the Contact Management Center (CMC) and Claim Goal Manager assisting in optimizing the use of resources by monitoring aged inventory levels, productivity, monitoring CA schedule vs. actual, call volumes/patterns and optimizing use of resources within FSU by utilizing Workforce Management software tool and Paperless Inventory.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED
2 years of college and 1 year of experience in a claims or customer service position OR 3 years experience in a claims or customer service position.
Interpersonal and organizational skills.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
Knowledge of inventory management tools.
1 year experience working in a call center as a forecasting or scheduling analyst using Workforce Management System software, analyzing inquiry inventory data, and making recommendations on staffing and first contact resolution.
1 year experience supporting SQL, report writing, and analysis activities.
6 months experience analyzing workforce data and making scheduling recommendations on staffing.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
