As a VB.NET Developer you would be responsible for converting exiting VB application to VB.Net 4.0.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development of technical requirements and application development
Upgrading existing systems to microsoft Visual Studio 2010, .NET Framework 4.0
Writing technical documentation, preparing design documents
Writing program specifications, preparing work plans including time estimates
Designing the database and implementing application security
Preparing and executing test plans
Preparing and executing data conversion and data validation plans
Lead meetings and develop meeting notes for distribution and approval
Required Skills and Experience
Microsoft Visual Basic .NET 6
Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 .NET Framework 4
Object Oriented Programming
Oracle Relational Database 10.2 or 11g
Microsoft Office (E.g Excel, Visio, Word )
Preferred experience
Experience in handling legacy projects or any other conversion projects to Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and NET Framework 4.0

Project Length - 6 Months
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
