- Protecting and honoring the rights of people with disabilities
- Creating a supportive and clean home environment
- Building positive rapport and serving as a role model
- Teaching life skills to increase independence
- Documenting client progress and goals
- Encouraging participation in community activities
- Collaborating with co-workers to enhance growth
- Participating in ongoing professional training

Qualifications:
- Valid auto insurance and driver s license preferred
- Reliable transportation required
- Background checks required
