ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Answers incoming customer calls and assists customers with questions regarding products and/or services offered by the Company.
Ability to setup new accounts in DDMS and online account setup.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Administration of online store Ability to understand and handle issues related to D-FORRCE our online ordering system.
Answer inbound customer Live Chats.
Possess the ability and continually looks for opportunities to recommend substitute products the Company stocks as compared to wholesale items.
Believes in suggesting and accepting (S-LINKED ITEMS) so we are delivering our inventory from our warehouse.
Cross-sell (up-sell) products to customers on the phone and when the Company is performing a sales promotion.
Suggests a direct-buy procurement solution to get the customer a better price while enhancing Gross Profit.
Enters orders for customers that are received either from incoming calls, e-mail or from faxed orders.
Assists in development of price quotes.
Resolves customer problems such as availability, delivery, returns and pricing problems on behalf of the customer.
Places orders in DDMS, process return requests and enters credits.
Maintains expertise on all aspects of office products and office furniture and technology products offered by 360 Office Solutions.
Assists walk-in customers with products, purchases and questions.
Participates in the development of marketing programs by relating customer wants and needs.
Develops and maintains a relationship with 360 Office Solution vendors and purchasing department.
Handle all inquiries in the areas of product information, ordering procedures, special order information and pricing, quote information, promotions, problems, returns, shipping special order research and inquiries and any other areas as needed by the Sales team and our customers.
Contacts customers and fellow employees regarding any delays or problems with their requests Process and tracks special orders with vendors.
Serves as liaison to coordinate deliveries and resolve problems Provide information as needed to inventory warehouse personnel to allow for quick processing of damaged and defective merchandise Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) Troubleshooting skills Accurate and proficient data entry, typing and computer skills Demonstrates excellent problem solving abilities.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
