Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
answering phones coordinating patient care accurately entering patient information into practice management software checking patient referrals scheduling/confirming appointments navigating and communicating insurance benefits with patients taking accurate and detailed messages entering charges/taking payments assisting in insurance processing, patient collections and accounts receivable as needed assisting in patient check-in as needed preparing/pulling/filing charts
