Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Answer phones and respond to email leads in a professional and timely manner.
Showings Collect and process monthly rent payments, post 3-day notices, and actively involved in tenants' rental cycle.
Provide customers' needs with positive attitude.
Maintenance:
Coordinate tenant service requests for maintenance.
Regularly required to physically be able to walk and inspect properties appearance on a routine and arrange for maintenance according to company standards.
Frequently lift, push, pull, or move up to 20 pounds to assist maintenance personnel.
Kneeling, climbing, twisting, and bending Skills:
Management Leadership Highly Organized Prioritization Detailed Oriented Strong Computer Skills Compliance & Safety:
Company Policies.
Montana Tenant - Landlord Laws Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
