Join us as a Resident Project Representative to be part of this success.
POSITION In this role, the Representative provides on-site visibility on civil municipal projects and acts as a liaison between the construction site and the engineering team.
These responsibilities include:
Review construction plans and specifications.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
Conduct on-site, documented observation to monitor construction progress, quality, and general compliance with design plans and specifications.
Document and report any deviations from project requirements.
Performs basic surveying and quantity measurements.
Address any issues or concerns that arise during construction.
Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders.
Keep detailed records of daily activities and produce regular progress reports for project management.

years of experience in construction inspection or heavy construction-related work Strong technical knowledge of construction site practices and safety protocols Formal education in construction technology, civil engineering technology or preferred Excellent communication skills Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record Capable of working outside in the field and at times in remote locations at the project site for the duration of the project Travel to and from the project site on a weekly basis or possibly longer assignments may be required Morrison-Maierle is not accepting 3rd party agency solicitation requests now.
