Greet, check in/out patients; Answer multi-line phone system; Schedule patient appointments; Create and maintain electronic patient charts; Cashier and assist patients with supplies; Fax and scan documents; and Have a proven record for delivering outstanding customer service; Perform other administrative/office tasks as assigned.
Position Requirements:
High School diploma or earned GED.
A minimum of 1 year experience where administrative/office work is consistently performed.
Position Skills & Abilities:
Be punctual and dependable; Able to multi-task within a fast-paced ever-changing environment with frequent interruptions; Have excellent interpersonal skills and engage in genuine concern for others; Be a good listener and problem-solver; Ability to organize, prioritize and perform duties with strict deadlines; Be able to excel independently as well as in a team; and Ability to use Microsoft Office.
