This position may be covered by a Voluntary Employee Beneficiary Association (VEBA) JOB DUTIES:
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will:
Create and execute test cases while leveraging various test statistics to validate products are working as expected Support and facilitate testing cycles and varying types of testing Collaborate with project/business teams to reproduce, analyze, and debug issues.
Review functional/operational test scripts and acceptance criteria; advise Project Management, Business Analysts, and/or Testing Leads regarding testability and completeness Recommend methods for process improvement, detailing strengths and weaknesses of existing and proposed procedures and controls Engage in efforts with Automation Testing tools/resources to implement and support testing automation to improve effectiveness and efficiency of testing.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITES:

The methodologies, practices, and procedures of Application Testing Functional applications, information system development, system enhancement and maintenance processes System analysis, design, testing and documentation techniques Skill in:
Problem Solving Using various testing tools and templates Time/Task Management Attention to Detail Focus on a Quality Result Ability to:
Ability to speak and write clearly with both business and technical users.
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
Ability to present ideas in a group setting, and to objectively evaluate comments and business requirements.
Communicate technical information effectively both verbally and in writing Develop positive customer relationships and meet customers' needs in a timely manner Create positive relationships with co-workers and business partners, and contribute to quality solutions Develop and document processes and procedures, as related to testing and testing tools Train technical and non-technical adults on testing protocol and procedure MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Your preparation for this opportunity could include a combination of relevant experiences including:
An associate degree with coursework emphasizing computer science; AND Applicable experience as an IT professional; OR Any combination of equivalent experience and education to successfully perform the essential functions of the position will be considered.
