Marketing & Communications Produce content and assets to help tell the compelling stories of Montana hospitals and healthcare providers.
Create and/or oversee design and production of promotional materials, including web content, event app/s, emails, videos, social media posts, brochures, flyers, and other content.
Target and distribute promotional materials using variety of offline and online media channels.
Write and distribute news releases, media advisories, and statements.
Plan and execute media events; coordinate media interviews as assigned.
Write content for reports, publications, and other projects as assigned.
Digital & Social Media Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms and website properties.
Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
Attend events and produce live social media content.
Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels and owned websites.
Plan, buy, and manage social and digital media buys to support ongoing initiatives and increase reach to key audiences.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and execute a social media calendar.
Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
Member Engagement Manages member engagement initiatives and supports member implementation of association-developed resources to amplify and unify the voice of the hospital field with key audiences.
Conduct meetings, calls, and follow-up with members and other stakeholders to support activation and outcomes of key communications and outreach activities.
Facilitate, implement, improve, and own the membership recruitment and engagement process.
Manages new member onboarding program, including orientation and year-round engagement throughout the first year of membership.
Support the creation of periodic member experience surveys and help implement any actionable feedback.
Measurement & Analytics Establish key performance indicators for social media, website, and other marketing communications projects and initiatives as assigned.
Review analytics and create reports on key metrics; identify opportunities and recommend actions for increased performance, and optimize efforts in response.
Requirements:
Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field with at least two (2) years experience in communications, marketing, and/or journalism.
Travel Requirements:
Must hold a valid, unrestricted Montana driver's license Travel in and outside the state of MT Ability to travel, 6-9 times per year, for 2-5 days at a time.
