Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Manager to join our team.
As a Cybersecurity Manager, you will be responsible for development of Cybersecurity plans, policies, and procedures for teams performing broad based Cybersecurity assessments and network compliance nationwide.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of our program.
Responsibilities:
- Determine Customer Standards for Cybersecurity and Compliance - Determine key stakeholders for developing and implementing customer Cybersecurity program - Develop Cybersecurity Assessment Approach for supplier assessments, best practices/models - Align cybersecurity assessment standards with federal digital hygiene requirements and best practices - Identify Cybersecurity assessment offerings and resources that operate nationally and, in identified regions, where there may be a higher concentration of customer suppliers - Develop Cybersecurity Mitigation Capability Map - Develop Cybersecurity Program Implementation Plan - Initiate project launch - Develop reporting metrics and data capture - Serve as the go-to expert for Cybersecurity issues and provide guidance and support to the team - Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements - Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity in case of system failures or disruptions - Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions - Provide training and support to end-users on technology-related topics Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of LAN, IDS, network security, IPsec, disaster recovery, active directory, COBIT, computer networking, and cloud architecture - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills -Occasional travel Education:
