The ideal candidate for this position will have some experience as a construction laborer.
Concrete experience would be a plus.
Duties - Working as part of the crew in construction production - Maintaining a good quality of work - Meeting goals, expectations, and standards - Upholding safety policy on sites - Execution of construction as shown on approved plans per spec - Following directions of foreman - Coordinating with other contractors on the jobsite - Adherent to current Building codes and standards - Maintaining of site cleanliness - Equipment security - Upholding company culture as well as encourage growth in fellow co workers - Maintaining a punctual schedule Skills Required - Ability and willingness to learn - Ability and willingness to follow direction - Critical thinking - Problem solving - Self-Driven personality that is detail oriented - Verbal & written skills - Ability and willingness to follow direction Ability to comprehend plans and details Job Type:
