We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel.
As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are kept clean and presentable.
This is a key leadership role within our hospitality establishment.
Duties:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks - Ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards - Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any issues promptly - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest requests and special cleaning projects - Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline housekeeping operations - Monitor budget and expenses related to housekeeping department - Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing proper safety procedures Skills:
- Extensive experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services - Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, including floor care - Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly - Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, etc.
