The Amendments Program Officer displays exceptional proficiency in handling intricate cases and providing guidance to various internal and external stakeholders.
This position entails providing technical, administrative, and clerical support, demanding specialized skills in managing sensitive information and collaborating with the public, as well as federal and State agencies, and city officials.
The primary goal is to ensure the legal administration, confidentiality, and preservation of Montana's vital records.
Additional responsibilities involve the implementation of laws, rules, and regulations concerning the correction and issuance of these critical legal documents.

Meet minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human services, business, or related field.
One-year of experience in the agency program or related field, preferably in a vital records or adoption processing setting.
Other combinations of directly related education and experience may be considered.

50 an hour base pay increase effective July 1, 2024.
