Process Accounts payable Accounts payable reconciliation Process Accounts receivable Prepare monthly 1099 Adjustment report Prepare journals after the first of the month and mid-month payment run Calculate monthly Administrative Fees and retroactive Administrative Fees due to Field Agencies and pay by voucher according to the terms of the contracts Calculate any additional fees payable to Field Agencies and prepare vouchers for payment Pull reports from HAPPY software and SABHRS to prepare and submit monthly Voucher Management System reports as required by HUD Interface Project Based and Tenant Based payments to landlords/owners Update Excel spreadsheets tracking monthly and annual utilization Annual budget calculation and submission to HUD for Mod Rehab Program Financial statement preparation and submission to HUD REAC Other job duties and responsibilities as assigned How to apply Apply online by submitting your resume.
