Responsibilities:
Must be able to observe and follow all safety procedures and precautions.
Customer Service to all customers while at window, XPT pay station, within the Bay and at Vacuum area.
Count money and give proper change.
Assist with various maintenance and cleaning functions on the car wash and related equipment.

Job Specifications (Qualifications) EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) (Exceptions may apply for high school students working part time and summer employment) LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Must be able to communicate, written and orally, effectively with customers and other employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Must have basic knowledge of computer to learn POS.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be able to effectively approach customers and promote the car wash at vacuum island and XPT pay stations.
Must be able to recognize vehicles which will not go through the car wash based on a vehicle assessment and explain to the customer why their vehicle cannot be washed if necessary.
Must be able to listen to loud equipment running and recognize unfamiliar noises.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Ability to use hand tools such as screw driver pliers etc and cleaning supplies such broom, scrub brush and cleaning products etc.
