, a law firm based in Helena, seeks a friendly, outgoing, self-motivated Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Helena office.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of legal principles and practices, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
We are willing to train the right person, and provide opportunities for advancement.
Duties include:
Working closely with attorneys and paralegals Filing and service of legal documents Calendaring deadlines, research and administrative work Multi-line phone skills, effective communication, client customer service etiquette Other tasks as needed Why work for us?
