meaningful impact on our community's health and well-being JOB SUMMARY Responsible for performing advanced skilled security work in the service/repair, alterations, installation and maintenance of all security related systems for St.
Peter's Health facilities.
Includes resolving immediate operational and or safety concerns as well as ensuring preventative maintenance programs and ensuring all systems remain operational.
The professional in this job is responsible for:
Security Services technical applications Conduct physical security and risk vulnerability inspections as it relates to technical applications and use.
Evaluate and provide recommendations Review facilities As-Built designs for location of Security cameras, badge readers, Panic alarms Evaluate existing security procedures related to technical support Apply appropriate security standards Develop and execute physical security standards and procedures Train and supervise security personnel on technical tools and operation Assist or lead security and/or safety awareness training for personnel Recommend actions to avoid conditions conducive to threats Evaluate clearances for management and personnel according to the information and property they may access Trained in Security Access control management programs such as Prowatch, Winpak, Continuum, & ProdataKey Trained in Video surveillance solutions such as ExacqVision, Axis, Vivotek, Pelco, & Arecont.
Prepares safety and security progress reports Conducts System Audits of facilities Must possess a working knowledge of accepted techniques for data evaluation, mathematical analyses and statistical development Monitor and review Systems software/firmware updates Work closely with the IS department in promoting system safety throughout the Facility for system safety issues Tracks and monitors identified hazards to ensure they are being eliminated Assists with the System Safety and Security Certification process for transit projects Prepares status reports for System Safety, identifying all outstanding action items and the planned approach to accomplishment Serves as an active participant on various internal and external committees and groups Experience researching and interpreting the ADA, NFPA codes, OSHA standards, ANSI, and other safety related national and local building, fire and life safety codes and standards Must have a working knowledge or the ability to learn the physical and operating characteristics of facilities systems Experience in performing job hazard and root cause analyses Required to possess demonstrable skills necessary to effectively present statistical information in various computer-generated reports including graphs and charts Required to possess the knowledge and skills necessary to operate personal computer systems to develop and maintain business applications using standard software such as Windows, MS Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint Must possess a temperament suitable to effectively relate to all levels of personnel, clients, external business contacts and the general public Must possess the skills necessary to express oneself orally and in written format in a clear, concise and comprehensible manner KNOWLEDGE/
Experience:
Minimum of Associates degree in Electronics or five (5) years related field or equivalent experience required.
Experience working in health care industry required.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience installing, servicing, and maintaining software associated with CCTV systems preferred.
Experience with Andover, Pelco, DS Control Point/Complete View and Compass 2.
0, or equivalent Intrusion Detection software preferred.
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals and specifications and operational/product manuals.
Must possess professional communication skills, and work effectively with a diverse customer and coworker population.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, required.
Must make independent judgments under stressful situations at times.
Must work effectively and efficiently without direct supervision EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree or higher preferred.
Law Enforcement, Military and or Professional Security experience required.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/additional
Qualifications:
State of Montana security license at time of position appointment or agreed upon exception.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
