Responsibilities:
Coordinates activities of Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMTs), including assigning work duties for maximum utilization of manpower and eliminate unproductive time Collaborates with Flight Operations to ensure a culture of safety and efficiency with an equal balance and focus on guest service Oversees Quality Assurance to maintain the highest levels of workmanship and safety while enforcing company policies and FAA regulatory requirements Updates and maintains General Operations Manual (GOM) and Maintenance Manual (GMM) for assigned area of expertise Supervises and performs aircraft maintenance on company owned and managed aircraft Plans and assigns work based on demand and business needs Oversees and directs maintenance on fleet aircraft, consisting of twin Cessnas, King Airs, and Lear Jet Develops, tracks, and meets budgets for all assigns projects, services, and/or operations Reviews and approves maintenance related invoices from applicable vendors Supervises maintenance planning, including but not limited to obtaining quotes from outside vendors for upcoming maintenance events Provides feedback, guidance, and management to assigned group(s) of employees Provides mentoring and training of Leads, maintenance and support personnel Orders and maintains inventory of parts for current and upcoming maintenance events Plans, conducts, and controls all aircraft maintenance within the company Documents, approves, and upholds procedures for aircraft release Maintains and manages the company's maintenance hangar and facilities Trains, schedules, and monitors maintenance team(s) within assigned group(s) and On Call rotation Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory bodies, including but not limited to the FAA, OSHA, and EHS Processes all necessary paperwork as mandated by regulation Carries out assigned work in an expeditious manner, exercising sound judgement in executing each work project Provides support to Ground Operations as needed Some travel may be a requirement Other duties as assigned by Senior Leadership QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Current A&P License required.
(IA Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field; OR o 7-10 years of Aircraft Maintenance and Inspection experience with a Part 135 operator and/or Part 145 Repair Station Expert level knowledge of FAA regulations as it pertains to aircraft maintenance Knowledge of Piston, PT-6, and turbine Advanced skills and knowledge of aircraft parts management Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and applicable suite of products Ability to promote a team environment and resolve conflict quickly and effectively Ability to make decisions and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a safe, efficient manner Previous experience scaling, growing, and maintaining a fleet size is desirable Fluency and knowledge of applicable industry specific-software tools, including TotalFBO and JetInsight highly preferred OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Be at least 18 years of age; Legally entitled to work in the United States; Must be able to successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and other background checks necessary to obtain an airport restricted area pass.
SCHEDULE:
Rotational shifts that are 8 to 10 hour in length.
Must be available to work weekends and statutory holidays as required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
