Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding - Use power tools and equipment to trim trees and shrubs - Assist with snow shoveling/plowing and ice removal during winter months - Weed, dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, trees, and other vegetation - Install and maintain irrigation systems for proper watering of plants - Assist with the construction of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls - Provide tree care services including pruning, trimming, and removal of debris Maintenance:
- Additional responsiblities may include assisting with junk removal, general building maintenance, cleaning, or other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred - Knowledge of various plants, trees, and shrubs - Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely - Drivers license & ability to commute to work reliably - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Physical stamina to lift 75lbs and perform manual labor in various weather conditions - Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently Note:
