Job Description:
Receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from inbound calls, outbound calls, and internet leads Receive inbound calls to set service appointment dates and times Timely follow up on all internet leads Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering inquiries from the customer Handle all customer inquiries with 100% focus on customer satisfaction Gather and track all customer data into BDC database 85 percent of the day is phone related activities Job Requirements Exceptional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills Goal-oriented with energetic and motivated personality Ability to multitask, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills Ability to handle customer inquiries and escalations professionally Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge of vehicles is a bonus but not required Must possess a valid U.
S.
driver's license and have a good driving record Must be willing to submit to background check and drug screening
