The Early Childhood and Family Support Division works with community providers across the state and is home to many early childhood and family support programs including, but not limited to child care; serving children with developmental delays; supporting families through nutrition education and support, maternal child health, home visiting, and child abuse prevention efforts.

This position serves as an Administrative Assistant for one of the bureaus in the ECFSD.
The position is responsible for developing and establishing office management and administrative support systems, procedures, and services, including but not limited to electronic, verbal, and written communications and correspondence, data/records management, forms and templates, supply and equipment inventories, event coordination, travel arrangements, and support for meetings.
The position reports to the Bureau Chief.

This position may be eligible for a statutory $1.
50 an hour base pay increase effective July 1, 2024.

Meet Minimum
Qualifications:
High School or equivalent, and two (2) years office administration experience.
Other combinations of directly related education/experience may be considered.
Associate's degree in in Office Administration, Office Technology, Business Administration or a related field or related degree preferred but not required.
