email, text, chat applications, web applications and our CRM application Driven to earn performance bonuses in addition to base pay Job Requirements Execute dealership's internet and phone appointment standards and processes Set appointments with customers from incoming internet, phone and chat requests using defined word tracks and templates while maintaining performance standards Be prepared, friendly, knowledgeable, and confident on every customer interaction Perform daily follow-up with sales and service prospects to increase appointments and show rates Record all activity in the CRM Consistently maintain a standard level of incoming and outgoing customer communications by phone, text or email Contact customers via outgoing phone, email, or text to set appointments based on marketing initiatives/campaigns Benefits Training salary of $25 an hour Performance Bonuses available in addition to hourly pay for demonstrated performance Health Insurance 401k Employee discounts Paid Vacation and Personal Time Paid Holidays Fun and exciting work environments Locally owned and operated dealership.
