We are looking for an Operations Manager to help us continue to grow and expand our operations.
Job
Summary:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department.
This includes ensuring that all employees are trained and performing daily duties in accordance with company policies, procedures, and goals.
The Operations Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines, and ensuring adherence to internal policies.
The Operations Manager will also be responsible for assisting in the development of new processes and procedures, as well as assisting in the implementation of new systems and processes.
The Operations Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance of the fleet of vehicles, including vehicle registration, insurance, fuel costs, etc.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily activities of the department including but not limited to:
employee training, vehicle maintenance, customer service, invoicing, bills payment etc.
Oversee all vehicle registration fees including but not limited to:
maintenance of fleet vehicles (gas cost), insurance (gas cost), etc.
Oversee all customer service activities including but not limited to:
phone calls, emails etc.
Oversee all invoicing activities including but not limited to:
weekly reconciliation of invoices to purchase orders and inventory reports on inventory costs Oversee all bills payment activities including but not limited to:
bill payments on invoices etc.
Oversee all employee management activities including but not limited to:
employee scheduling, performance management etc.
Oversee all administrative duties such as filing paperwork in appropriate locations, ensuring proper filing procedures are followed at the end of each day's work period (i.
e.
, reviewing paperwork in preparation for filing throughout the day) as well as other duties as assigned by management.
