What You Will Do Talent Acquisition Strategies & Onboarding:
Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with our organizational goals.
Collaborate with hiring leaders to identify recruitment needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
Champion a seamless onboarding experience that promotes rapid integration and employee engagement.
Engagement and Retention Strategies:
Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and boost engagement.
Provide coaching and support to leaders for effective team member conversations.
Lead engagement and retention check-ins to identify concerns and address challenges proactively.
Succession Planning:
Partner with leaders to identify critical roles and develop transition plans.
Identify high-potential employees and facilitate personalized development plans.
Talent Analytics and Trends:
Leverage data-driven insights to refine our talent strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and adapt our approach accordingly.
People Programs, Training, and Development:
Collaborate with the People Business Partner to implement programs that align with our Mission and Values.
Support leaders in areas of training, coaching, and organizational development.
Annual Compensation Range:
$75,600 - $100,250 < br / > < br / > Required Experience < br / > What You Will Need (Minimum Requirements) Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, HR, or people business partnering with demonstrated success in:
Expert-level recruitment and retention strategies experience.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
Team player who thrives in an ever-changing landscape.
Ability to deliver exceptional candidate experience.
Preferred:
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP certification.
Additional talent acquisition/retention certification.
Previous experience in the insurance industry.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
