- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including guest relations, night audit, and front desk activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction by training and supervising staff in phone systems and phone etiquette.
- Manage reservations and room assignments to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor and maintain hotel inventory, including supplies, equipment, and amenities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any guest issues or complaints.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests and employees.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Prepare reports on hotel performance, including occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in using hotel management software systems for reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and reporting.
- Knowledge of front desk operations, including night audit procedures and guest relations.
