Zero to Five Montana is seeking a dynamic individual to lead the daily operations of the organization.
As Deputy Director, you will be at the forefront of leading internal operations that result in our organization being able to support early childhood system development in Montana.
This is a new role with exciting potential to help build and expand an organization focused on early childhood policy and advocacy, and support efforts to enhance access to quality early care and education for young children and families across Montana.

The Deputy Director is responsible for the daily operations of the organization and for ensuring that all programs are delivered in an effective and efficient manner.
The Deputy Director reports directly to the Executive Director (ED) and works closely with leadership team to ensure that the organization is meeting its strategic objectives.
This position will also lead essential organizational development strategies, including advisory and governance structures.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred, in nonprofit leadership, administration, public affairs, public policy, business, social work, education, human development, early childhood, public health, or related field.
A strategic thinker and strong leader with a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated accomplishment in organizational management, financial management, project management, and human resources.
Five plus (5+) years of experience in progressively responsible leadership roles, preferably in a non-profit organization.
Grant and fundraising experience, highly desired.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to establish and maintain effective cooperative relationships with staff and organizational partners.
The ability to maintain a positive, responsive attitude while producing quality work under deadlines, changing priorities and frequent interruption.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
