IT Project Manager

The Catalyst Team is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our full-time team as full-time employee.
Responsibilities:
Expertise in Waterfall using _Microsoft_ Enterprise Project Management ( _EPM_ ).
Experience in working on agile scrum projects.
Develop project, resource plans, communicate commitment dates to project customers.
Project Scope management:
develops and maintains project documentation, which includes review of business cases, create the project charter, project schedule, and monitor risks, issues, change requests.
Identifies and obtains commitments from required resources and works with project team through completion of project
Facilitates the execution of the project in its agreed-upon scope/time/cost baseline and reports using change requests.
Assists in performing formal reviews on project status such as at various stages and track requirements until deployment completion
Promotes client involvement and assures project meets customer requirements.
Monitors projects cost compared to budget allocated during business cases.
Uses consistent reporting methods to build and maintain a real time picture of resource utilization and project status.
Work with Business Users, Plant IT Managers and assist in understanding and transition of ongoing IT projects and coordinate implementation activities across all the projects.
Provide mentorship and development on the project management cycle to analyst team
Qualifications:
Experience working with different teams such as application development, support, infrastructure, database, etc.
and coordinate the project plans
Experience in the use of project management/planning software Waterfall methodology using Microsoft Project Enterprise, required
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, preferred.
