As an Application Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting a wide range of applications and technologies, from large on-premise server applications to small in-house applications.
Your responsibilities will include creating and managing user accounts, troubleshooting application issues, performing application maintenance, and responsibly handling application updates and upgrades.
You will collaborate with various business and technical stakeholders across multiple time zones.
The role will expose you to a diverse range of applications and technologies, providing plenty of opportunities to expand into other IT areas.
What You'll Do Key priorities include Monitor, resolve, and prioritise incoming requests from our helpdesk system.
Assist with software upgrades and ensure seamless transitions.
Record all client and internal communications through the ServiceNow! ticketing system.
Manage user access and permissions for various applications as required.
Support, troubleshoot, and configure applications such as Confluence, DocuSign, GitHub, Jira, Kronos, Perforce, Remedy, Retriever, Slack, ServiceNow, Subversion, and Unity.
Troubleshoot and provide support for custom Line of Business.
NET Applications.
Automate repetitive administration tasks through scripting to improve efficiency.
Advise on and implement application improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.
Onboard new applications and decommission old applications as needed.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for applications.
Collaborate with infrastructure and front-line support to resolve incidents promptly.
What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
2-5 years of previous experience in supporting and troubleshooting software.
Software, technology, and programming problem-solving skills (e.
g.
investigate issues, understand root cause, provide and implement solutions etc.
) Understanding of Active Directory, Domains, and basic user management.
Adherence to SLA compliance through managing assigned work in a timely manner.
Demonstrated ability to upgrade software applications, problem solve, and think analytically.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills at both business and technical levels.
Understanding of client/server architecture.
Familiarity with environments such as Linux, Windows,.
NET, and Java.
Basic Access and Excel troubleshooting skills.
Ability to perform basic SQL tasks.
Demonstrated ability to automate administrative tasks through simple scripts and macros.
Experience cooperating across multiple time-zones.
Ability to work autonomously by prioritizing work and managing time.
Initiative to problem solve and focus on customer needs.

Salary Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges.
