If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Temporary Customer Care Specialist/Call Center Representative for a four-month contract from August to November.
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our call center, providing exceptional support to members with their healthcare coverage inquiries.
Your direct work experience and in-depth knowledge of healthcare coverage will be invaluable in delivering outstanding service.

What you'll do:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products/services.
Listen attentively to customer concerns, investigate issues, and provide effective solutions.
Provide clear and concise information about the status of a claim or Medicaid member.
Enroll/un-enroll clients, and if applicable everyone on the case by phone or paperwork with a provider.
Educate clients about managed care access, rights, and benefits through outreach scripts.
Build rapport and positive relationships with customers through empathetic and personalized interactions.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer care setting.
Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns and complaints.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle stressful situations, and work well under pressure.
