A laborer in this position is responsible for fulfilling the maintenance needs of our customers properties per their maintenance contract.

Requirements:
A win-win attitude Basic math skills, reading and writing skills Reliable transportation to the site Motivated individual who is detail oriented Attention to detail while working in a fun & fast paced environment Good verbal communication skills Available for seasonal long hours and weekends Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background Clients, contractors, vendors, designers, employees Punctual and dependable Polite and courteous Must have the ability to work in the rain and extreme temperatures Ability to lift, pull and push up to 125lbs, carry materials, bend, twist, kneel, climb, and balance Ability to walk at a brisk pace and work in a kneeling position for extended periods of time.
Always uphold company policy and procedure and standard of conduct Ability to follow direction Always keep equipment in good working order.
o Blades sharp, equipment greased, lubricated, fueled Plain and simple MAINTAINED and in good working order Other duties as they may arise Compensation:
Pay is to be DOE Pay range is 18.
