Korpi specializes in both installation and maintenance.
In this Maintenance Foreman position, one will be responsible for completing jobs with a high-quality standard set forth by the company's founder.
The ideal individual for this position will be highly motivated and driven who is detail oriented.
Job Functions:
Manage activities on the job site.
Manage personnel effectively and efficiently.
Communicate and coordinate with the customer and/or designer effectively for accurate completion of jobs.
Train and promote the development of subordinates in the best practice.
Track and record all job expenses and hours worked accurately.
Always maintain a clean and safe job site.
Communicate regularly with a member of the Management team.
Job Requirements:
3
years of experience in like field.
Proficient in medium weight equipment operating skills.
Knowledge of turf, perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees.
An infield certification within 2 years of accepting foreman position.
Excellent attention to detail while working in a fun and fast paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good time management skills; be available for seasonal long hours and weekends.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background.
Punctual and dependable.
Must have the ability to work in the rain and extreme temperatures.
Ability to lift, pull and push up to 75lbs, carry materials, bend, twist, kneel, climb, and balance.
Ability to walk at a brisk pace and work in a kneeling position for extended periods of time.
Uphold company policy and procedure and standard of conduct at all times.
Ability to follow direction.
Skills to manage materials, and expenses, and good record keeping.
Other duties as they may arise.
Compensation:
Pay is DOE and we are open to conversation regarding compensation with qualified candidates.
Health insurance:
50% coverage for employees on company plan after 89 days of employment.
Compensation will be reviewed annually.
